1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and GTB77 ("Company", "Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the GTB77 online gaming platform accessible at https://gtb77.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and services.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the GTB77 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the GTB77 platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

2Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the GTB77 website, mobile site, and any associated applications or services operated by the Company.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the sum of real-money funds held in a Player's account, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus amounts granted to a Player subject to wagering or other conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover") means the number of times a Player must bet the bonus amount before it may be withdrawn as cash.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering — compliance obligations to which GTB77 is subject under its international licence.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency in which accounts are denominated on this Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

3Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on GTB77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your account remains active. GTB77 enforces a minimum age of 21 (not 18) for all casino-style and sports betting activities, in line with responsible gaming standards for this category of platform. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

3.2 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must not be under any legal disability, guardianship order, or other restriction that would prevent you from entering into enforceable agreements.

3.3 Single Account

Each natural person is entitled to register and operate one (1) account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3.4 Jurisdictional Responsibility

You confirm that online gambling is not prohibited in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. GTB77 makes no representation as to the legality of online gambling under Malaysian law for any individual user. Malaysian players access the Platform entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.

4Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration

To create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify GTB77 promptly of any changes.

You must not use a pseudonym, alias, or another person's identity when registering. GTB77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any information provided at registration, at any time.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at GTB77's discretion at any other time, the Platform may require you to complete KYC verification by submitting one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driver's licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 3 months)
• Proof of payment method (bank statement, e-wallet screenshot, or cryptocurrency wallet confirmation)
• Source of funds declaration where required under AML compliance obligations

KYC verification must be completed within 30 days of the first withdrawal request. Failure to complete verification within this period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawal amounts pending resolution.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). GTB77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to safeguard your login details. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

5Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

GTB77 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods and cryptocurrencies, subject to availability:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange)
• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect
• Cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT)

All fiat currency deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on-chain.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for e-wallet and DuitNow transactions and RM50 for online banking transfers and cryptocurrency deposits, unless otherwise specified on the deposit page.

5.3 Deposit Processing

E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. FPX bank transfers may take 5–15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of network confirmations. GTB77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or blockchain network congestion.

5.4 Deposit Restrictions

You must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, including joint accounts where you are not the named account holder, are strictly prohibited. GTB77 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources without processing any associated bonus claims.

6Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by players who have completed KYC verification and whose account is in good standing. Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.3 Processing Time

GTB77 targets approval and processing of standard withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 1 hour of submission, subject to KYC completion and risk review. Withdrawals flagged for AML review may take up to 5 business days. GTB77 will communicate any delays to the Player via the registered email address.

6.4 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, wherever possible, to comply with AML obligations. GTB77 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to a different payment method.

7Betting Rules

7.1 General Rules

All bets placed on the GTB77 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game category (sports betting, live casino, slots, lottery, arcade). These game-specific rules take precedence over general Terms where they address the same subject matter.

7.2 Bet Acceptance

GTB77 reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any bet at its sole discretion. Bets placed via the Platform are only confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation reference. GTB77 is not liable for bets that fail due to connectivity issues, system errors, or insufficient account balance at the time of placement.

7.3 Palpable Errors

In the event of a manifest pricing error ("palpable error"), GTB77 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the Player's account. Examples include odds that are clearly incorrect due to a system or data feed malfunction. GTB77 will notify affected players as promptly as practicable.

7.4 Sporting Event Outcomes

All sports betting outcomes are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body of the sport or competition. Where a result is pending an official decision (e.g., VAR review, protest, disqualification), GTB77 may delay settlement until the official result is confirmed.

8Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and loyalty rewards offered by GTB77 are subject to these general terms as well as the specific terms of each individual promotion. Where a conflict exists, the specific promotion terms prevail.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before any portion may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x). The wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus at 20x means you must place bets totalling RM2,000 before withdrawal is permitted.

8.3 Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general guide (subject to individual promotion terms):

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10–20% contribution
• Sports Betting: varies by promotion; typically 100% for pre-match, 50% for in-play
• Lottery and Arcade Games: 50% contribution unless otherwise specified

8.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of activation. Standard expiry windows are 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days depending on the specific promotion. Unused bonus funds and any wagering progress will be forfeited upon expiry.

8.5 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per selection is RM250, unless the specific promotion terms specify a different limit. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the bonus being voided and associated winnings forfeited.

8.6 Bonus Abuse

GTB77 monitors betting patterns to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets covering opposite outcomes to satisfy wagering requirements, coordinated betting across related accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotional structures. Where abuse is detected, GTB77 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and suspend accounts.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the GTB77 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended, balances frozen, and winnings voided:

• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting)
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during KYC
• Using software bots, automated betting tools, or artificial intelligence systems to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds for financial gain
• Colluding with other players in live casino, poker, or sports betting contexts
• Engaging in money laundering or depositing funds derived from illegal activity
• Using the platform on behalf of or for the benefit of a third party
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or influence live dealer actions
• Engaging in chargebacks, fraudulent payment disputes, or unauthorised reversals
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where it is explicitly prohibited

10Intellectual Property

All content on the GTB77 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of GTB77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the GTB77 platform without prior written consent from the Company.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GTB77 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity, whether direct or indirect
• Losses arising from interruptions, errors, or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or third-party provider issues
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security
• Any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Delays in payment processing caused by banking institutions, e-wallet providers, or blockchain network congestion

GTB77's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12Responsible Gambling

GTB77 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. The Platform offers the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps set by the Player
• Loss limits — maximum loss thresholds per time period
• Session time reminders — pop-up alerts at configurable intervals
• Self-exclusion — temporary (30-day minimum) or permanent account suspension
• Reality checks — net session win/loss summaries during active play

13Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by GTB77

GTB77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, where required by law or regulatory obligation, or where continued account operation poses an unacceptable risk to the Company or other players.

13.2 Closure by Player

Players may request closure of their account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after satisfaction of all applicable terms) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC completion.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination (whether by GTB77 or the Player), all bonus funds are immediately forfeited. Any pending withdrawal requests remain subject to review and may be withheld pending investigation where there is a suspected breach of these Terms.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GTB77 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to GTB77's internal dispute resolution process.

To raise a dispute, Players must contact our support team at [email protected] with a detailed description of the issue. GTB77 will acknowledge your dispute within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be escalated to the relevant independent dispute resolution body as specified under GTB77's international licence conditions. Players in Malaysia are reminded that Malaysian courts may not have jurisdiction over disputes arising from online gambling platforms operating under foreign licences.

15Amendments to These Terms

GTB77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — such as modifications to bonus conditions, withdrawal policies, or eligibility requirements — GTB77 will provide at least 7 days' notice via email to the registered account address or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Continued use of the GTB77 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.2.
